Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, Dehradun offers many educational opportunities to prepare its students to be good, smart, creative, and productive citizens and lifelong learners. This Student Handbook was designed to help students understand their rights, responsibilities, and behavioral expectations so that they can enjoy learning in safe and orderly environments.
Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering students are our primary focus, Not only do they have an active role in IIAE Dehradun but to the overseas Country or World ranking University in Europe through the Student Advisory Board but they are supported Academically through faculty advisors and the student Advising Centre.
Our programs complement not only the student learning experience, but also business, government and industry. Through internship by overseas university, research, and innovation we are committed to challenging, mentoring and providing an exceptional learning experience for our students.
Positive behavior in the institute is extremely important to the maintenance of safe and orderly learning environments for all students. Positive behavior displayed in institute increases the chances that students will are expected outcomes.
Institute develops its own routines, regulations, procedures, and expectations for student conduct based on the college system’s Student Code of Conduct. Several different strategies may be used by institute staff members to practice, and reinforce the college wide code of conduct, rules, and expectations for student behavior. In maintaining positive behavior, student is expected to adhere to the institutes code of conduct; to follow all routines, regulations and procedures included in the college positive behavior plan; and to behave appropriately (License No: -65/74, Reg. No. 48770).
